You can order your repeat prescriptions in a variety of ways:
Online
You can order your medication online here using Patient Access.
You can register for the online service by contacting the surgery and the Reception staff will advise you how to join.
Electronic Prescriptions
Most prescriptions are now given electronically, and can be sent to the nominated Pharmacy of your choice. Please speak to your pharmacist or telephone the practice to organise this.
Post or by Hand
Please request your repeat prescriptions using the computer slip attached to your previous prescription or by written note. Please include an SAE if you wish us to post it back to you.
Chemist
Alternatively, many chemists now offer a delivery service, telephone your local chemist to enquire.
